Content Snippets

The Content Snippets tool was created to give you the ability to add HTML content (text, images, and hyperlinks) to the different pages that cannot be accessed using Content Explorer. This gives you added freedom to design your website to suit your needs.

To access the Content Snippets feature, open the Website menu and select Content Snippets.

This will open up the Content Snippets main window on the right side of your screen.

The Content Snippets feature has two columns. The left column displays a list of the different sections of your website which contain a content snippet section that you can customize. Selecting a section will display the available content for that particular page.

The right column on the other hand shows the default content of the section you selected. This is also where you can paste your text or HTML content. To save your work, simply click on the Save button found at the lower right portion of the website.

Content Snippets Sections

Listed below are the different Content Snippets sections which you can customize along with the corresponding area or page where they can be located:

The Login Top snippet is placed at the top section of the Login page.

Subscribed Message Bottom

This content snippet can be seen underneath the default message of the Subscribed page.

Subscribed Message Top

This content snippet can be seen at the top of the default message of the Subscribed page<./p>

Advertisement Help

The Advertisement Help content snippet is used to edit the help section of your Web Admin’s Advertisement feature. A combination of HTML content and CSS can be used to layout and design the page.

B2B Account Home Text

This content snippet can be seen in Account Information section. Just click the Dashboard link under Business Account to view the snippet.

B2B Estimate List Text

The B2B Estimate List Text snippet is placed at the top section of the page, just above the Estimates’ search filters. Click the Estimates link to access this page and its snippet.

B2B Invoice List Text

This content snippet can be seen in Invoices section. Click the Invoices link under Business Account to view the snippet.

B2B Job List Text

This content snippet can be seen in Jobs section, right above the Jobs listing. Click the Jobs link under Business Account to view the snippet.

B2B Order List Text

This content snippet can be seen in your website’s Orders section. To view the snippet, click the Orders link under the Business Account section.

B2B Quote List Text

This snippet can be seen in the Quotes section of your website. Click the Quotes link under Business Account to view the snippet.

B2B Quote Submit Text

This content snippet can be seen when you request for a Quote through the Shopping Cart section. To view the content snippet found in this section, place an order for a particular item and then request for a Quote to be submitted to you.

B2B Statement List Text

This content snippet can be viewed when you access the Statements section of your website. Click the Statements link under Business Account to view the snippet.

Category Home

This content snippet is displayed in your product category home page, specifically at the top portion of the page. To view the snippet, click on your website’s Product menu to access your product catalog page.

Category Home Bottom

This content snippet is displayed at the bottom of your product category home page, near your website’s Footer section. To view the snippet, click on your website’s Product menu and scroll down to the bottom of the page.

This content snippet appears in the main body of your website’s Contact Us page. It can be displayed at the top or side of the Contact Us form.

This content snippet is located at the bottom of the Contact Us form.

Customer Referral Regions Invite

This content snippet can be seen when you access your website’s Contractor Referral page.

Download PDF Bottom

The Download PDF Bottom is the default snippet section located under the “Click Here to Download The PDF Catalog” link. The page by default, only displays the button and the View Browser link.

Download PDF Top

The Download PDF Top content snippet houses the top content of the PDF Catalog page.

Estimate Disclaimer

Located in the Estimate Details page, the Estimate Disclaimer snippet can be seen at the bottom part of the contain area.

Order Status Key

The Order Status Key snippet is placed at the bottom of the Orders list. All content in that section can be customized based on your branding needs.

Product List Empty

The content snippet appears in an empty Product List page.

Order Disclaimer

This content snippet can be seen in the Order Details section of your My Account page just after the product listing.

Quote Disclaimer

The disclaimer snippet can be seen in the Quote Details section of your My Account page after the product listing.

Product Detail Disclaimer

The Product Detail Disclaimer snippet is placed under the product data of the Product Details page.

Shopping Cart Product Disclaimer

This content snippet is displayed in the Shopping Cart section of your website prior to checking out.
