The Salesperson Calendar feature gives your sales team the ability to schedule and organize events. The feature lets them add events which can also be viewed by other sales people. This set-up ensures that your sales team stays up-to-date about the latest events scheduled by their teammates during the calendar year.
To add an event to the Calendar, go to the date where you want the event to be scheduled. Right click the specific date box to bring up the New Event button. Click the button to bring up the New Event window.
In the New Event window, you’ll be asked to provide the following information pertaining to your event:
Once you’ve entered the necessary information, be sure to check the Enabled check box to make the calendar event active and accessible to everyone.
You can also set the number of times the event will appear during the calendar year using the Recurrence feature.

Once the event has been saved, it will be added to the Salesperson Calendar. To view the event and any information about it, you can hover you cursor over the event details or click the event entry to get more information.
The Salesperson Calendar feature gives you the ability to edit or change an event before its due date. To edit or make any changes to an event, right click its Title Name to and select Edit Event.
As long as the event hasn’t lapsed, you can re-schedule the event, change its title, edit its description or set a different recurrence.
You can even choose whether you still want the event to be active and made viewable to the public by checking or unchecking the Enabled check box.
Deleting an event follows the same steps as editing an event. To remove an event from the calendar, right click the event and select Delete.
The system will confirm your attempt to delete the calendar event. Just click OK to push through with the removal of the event from your calendar.
