Sales Person Account - Customer Account Section

The Customer Account Section lets your sales team view the balance details and other pertinent account information of a client that has been set as their Current Customer in their My Account homepage.

All details and information are sourced directly from the accounting data of the selected customer. The accounting data of the other clients not set as the Current Customer can’t be viewed in this section.

Once a client has been set as the Current Customer, sales people are able to view that customer’s account data:

Quotes

Sales personnel are able to view current and archived quotes of a client that’s set as the Current Customer for their account. Search filters are provided to make searching and management of quotes quick and hassle-free. Selecting a quote will also allow a sales person to get more details about it. Once retrieved, quotes can be saved and printed either in PDF or Excel format.

Open Orders

Sales people are given access to their customer’s current and archived open orders allowing them to view and monitor if a client’s purchases have been submitted and processed. Archived open orders can be traced as far back to a year. Once retrieved, open orders can be saved and printed in PDF or Excel format.

Invoices

The invoices section allows your sales personnel to view the invoices of a client set as their Current Customer. The invoices can be clicked on to display the items that were purchased by the customer. The section also provides a variety of search filters that will enable your sales team to retrieve archived data dating back to a year. All invoices can be saved and printed in PDF or Excel format.

Statements

The statements section gives your sales people access to the monthly statement balance details of the client set as the Current Customer. Selecting a statement gives them a quick view of the invoices that form part of the statement. It also displays other financial information such as the payments made, current charges, balance forward, credit balance, and discounts. These statements can be saved and printed in PDF or Excel format.

Jobs

Sales people also gain access to the Jobs of their Current Customer. They’ll be able to get an in-depth view of each job, including its status. The Job Details page also displays the total amount of the invoice, order, and quote made using a particular job.

Client Price Sheets

The Client Price Sheets section displays the different vendor catalogs you’ve set up. Accessible to most user accounts, it allows you to download an interactive catalog which contains a list of product items of a particular brand. Each item is clickable and directs users to the product details page. This helps your sales people in selecting products, processing an order or submitting a quote request for their clients.
