ECommerce - Accounts - Customer Profile - Profiles

The Profile tab of your Customer Profile section lets you input added information about your customer. The information placed in this section can be displayed in your website’s Contractor Referral page in the event that a customer is selected to be part of your contractor listing.

To edit the profile of a customer, click the Edit button found at the bottom of the screen to bring up the Referral Profile section.

The Referral Profile section lets you add the following information to a customer account:

  • Slogan
  • Web Address
  • Contact Us
  • Contact Email
  • Phone Number
  • Fax Number

It also provides a checkbox which you can check to make the customer account Active.

Aside from your customer’s contact details, the Referral Profile lets you input other information into your contact’s profile through the use of the following tabs: Content, Details, Images, and Regions.

Content Tab

The Content tab lets you create a Profile Summary for your customer. You can add more information about that particular customer aside from the fields provided above the tab section.

Details Tab

The Details tab lets you add information such as the customer’s Industry Associations and Licenses. Information in this section will automatically be displayed in the Contractor Referral page.

Images Tab

Similar to the Logo function found in your Customer Profile’s main tabs, the Images tab lets you upload an image of your customer. The difference here is that these images will appear in the Contractor Referral page as a gallery section.

To upload an image, just click the Add Image button to select the image you want to upload from your file. For your reference, the Image tab allows you to have multiple images per customer account.

Regions Tab

The Regions tab lets you assign your customers to specific regions or locations. The data being displayed in this tab is based on the Referral Regions in your Web Admin.

The Regions listed here also works with the Contractor Referral feature. They will be displayed in your website and will be used by your website’s visitors to narrow down their search for a contractor in their area.

To assign a region to your customer, click the Edit button and check the region you want to assign to the customer account.

Once this region is selected in your Contractor Referral page, the customer assigned to this region along with the other company data in its profile will be displayed in your website.
