ECommerce - Accounts - Customers - Tabs

The Customer Profile has a number of tabs which you can use to customize your new customer account. These tabs enable you to put in additional information to your customer accounts to make each one unique from the rest.

Aside from being viewable in Web Admin, the information you put in can also be used in conjunction with your website’s Contractor Referral feature.

Customer Profile Tabs

Users

The Users tab displays the users associated with or linked to your customer account.

The tab also lets you select and attach users in your system to your customer account. To add a user, click on the Select Account button at the bottom to open the Add User Account screen.

In the Add User Account screen, choose the user you want to assign from your list. Once you’ve made your selection, the system will ask you to a Relationship Type.

The Relationship Type is used to help you identify the business relationship between the customer and user account. Setting a particular relationship type will enable that user to access information and features specific only to the selected relationship type.

After making your choice, the user you selected will be added. Again, you are allowed to have more than one user linked to customer account.

Jobs

The Jobs tab displays the list of Jobs associated with the customer account.

Double-clicking on a Job lets you access the Job Information page. Data here can be edited depending on your needs.

Catalogs

The Catalogs tab lets you assign customer-specific catalogs to your customer accounts. The catalogs can be created or edited through the Catalogs feature.

To add a Catalog, click the Catalog Add button to bring up the Catalog Add window. This will bring up the list of available catalogs in your website. Choose one from the list and it will be added to the customer account.

The Catalog tab allows you to attach more than one catalog to a customer account. It also enables you to create one from scratch just by clicking the Add (+) button found on the top right section of the window.

Logo

The Logo tab lets you add your customer’s company logo. Just click the Add Logo button to select the image you want to serve as your customer’s logo.e.

Profile

The Profile tab allows you to set up the profile of your customer account. This can be done by clicking the Edit button to access the Referral Profile section.

This section lets you add your customer’s slogan, web address, and contact information. You can also create your customer’s Profile Summary, add details such as its Industry Associations and Licenses, Images and customize its Regions.The Profile tab allows you to set up the profile of your customer account. Referrals

The Referrals tab displays the list of Referral Types or specialization you’ve created in Web Admin. This section lets you choose the various specializations that your customer happens to be an expert of.

Keep in mind that you can choose more than one specialization. To make your selection, just click the Edit button and check the specialization that the customer account is proficient with. The items you selected will also be displayed in the Contractor Referral page.

Download

The Download tab allows you to download your Job information via email. All you have to do is enter your email address in the field provided and you’ll be alerted via email whether your download attempt was successful or not.
