ECommerce - Business Management - Delivery Routes

The Delivery Routes feature is integrated into e-commerce websites that provide delivery services. Whether you offer delivery by land, air, or sea, it lets you configure your shipping schedule by giving you the capabilities to set up delivery routes to be followed.

To access this feature, go to your website’s Web Admin and select the ECommerce tab. Click on the Business Management menu and select Delivery Routes.

The Delivery Routes window displays the different routes that have been created for your website.

It provides two search options to make it easier for you to search for a particular deliver route. You can filter your search by typing in the delivery route’s ID or its name.

Adding a Delivery Route

To add a delivery route, click on the (+) button located on the right side of the screen to access the Delivery Routes Add window. In the Delivery Routes Add window, type in the name of your new Delivery Route in the field provided.

Next, select the System State you want to set for your delivery route. You can choose from the following options: Deleted, Active, or Archived.

  • Deleted - The Delivery Route is inactive. It will not be displayed on your website.
  • Active - The Delivery Route is in use. Once selected, it will display the delivery route on your website.
  • Archived - The Delivery Route is inactive. It will not be displayed on your website.

Once you’ve configured your Delivery Route’s setting, click on the Disk icon to save your work.
