ECommerce - Business Management - Delivery Route Stop

The Delivery Route Stop gives you the ability to create a drop-off point or area where products will be delivered. It works in conjunction with the Delivery Route feature and is only available in e-commerce websites that offer delivery options.

Accessing the Delivery Route Stop Feature

To access the Delivery Route Stop feature, go to your site’s Web Admin and click on the ECommerce tab. Select Delivery Route Stop under the Business Management sub-menu.

The Delivery Route Stop window will display the different stops that have been created. It lets you view existing delivery stops and create new ones.

It even makes searching easy by letting you go through your list by ID, Delivery Route Stop or by Delivery Route.

Adding A Delivery Route Stop

To add a delivery route stop, click the (+) button found on the right side of the screen to access the Delivery Routes Stops Search window. Type in the name of your new Delivery Route Stop in the field provided. Next, select the Delivery Route that will be used to get to the delivery location.

After setting the delivery route to be followed, select the System State you want to set for your Delivery Route Stop.

You can choose from the following options: Deleted, Active, or Archived.

  • Deleted - The Delivery Route Stop is inactive. It will not be displayed on your website.
  • Active - The Delivery Route Stop is in use. Once selected, it will display the delivery route on your website.
  • Archived - The Delivery Route Stop is inactive. It will not be displayed on your website.

Once you’ve configured your Delivery Route Stop’s setting, click on the Disk icon on the upper right hand corner to save your work.
