ECommerce - Accounts - Edit A Customer Account

The Customer Profile section gives you access to the different details of a specific customer account. This section displays the following customer information:

  • Customer Number
  • Customer Name
  • Status
  • Sales Person
  • Web Enabled

All information found here can be edited just by accessing its Customer Profile.

Editing a Customer Profile

To edit a customer account, select the customer account you want to edit by double clicking the account. This will give you access to its Customer Profile.

Click the Pencil icon found at the top right corner to open the Customer Edit Window. This will allow you to start making changes to the customer account.

Type in the new information on the fields you want to edit.

Once you’re done, click the Disk icon on the upper right corner to save the changes you’ve made.
