ECommerce - Store Management - Order Search

The Order Search feature in your Web Admin displays information about the different orders made by your customers. It also enables you to search through your list of orders. Searching is made easy due to the numerous search filters incorporated into the feature.

The Order Search feature lets you search for a particular order by entering one or all of the following information:

  • Order ID
  • Order No.
  • Job ID
  • User Account ID
  • Sales Person

You can also check the Deleted Only check box to view Orders that have been marked as "deleted."

Search Filter

The Order Search feature has a number of search filters which you can use to make searching through your orders quick and easy. Listed below are the search filters and the corresponding options you can use:

Status - All, Submitted, Open, Pending Payment, Payment Processed, Processing, Shipping, Cancelled, Payment Rejected, Rejected, Shipped, Completed, Submit Error

Type - All, B2B, B2C

Period - All, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 180 Days, Last 360 Days

Web Order - All, Yes, No

These search filters can be used simultaneously to make your search more specific.

Order Profile

The Order Profile gives you access to the details of a particular order request. This includes the personal information of the person who made the order, the sales person assigned to the customer, and the item/s to be purchased. The Order Profile also gives you the option to save the order sheet in a PDF or Excel format for printing. Just click the Print to PDF or Print to Excel buttons to process the conversion to PDF or Excel format.

Billing Info

The Billing Info tab displays the billing and contact information of the user. There are four sections. The first section displays whether the billing address is also the same as the shipping address. The second section displays the user’s First Name, Last Name and Middle Name. The third section contains the billing address information while the fourth displays the phone numbers of the user.

Payments Info

The Payments Info tab displays the status and the remaining balance that needs to be settled for a particular order. It also gives you the ability to charge the credit card provided by the customer when the order was made. This can be done by clicking the Charge button.

Manual Charge

The Manual Charge tab provides you with updates about the order being processed. A message / remark about the order can be seen at the top while the status of the order is displayed under it.

Status Changes

The Status Changes displays additional comments about an order. This could be anything from a change in the processing, shipping or completion of the final order.
