ECommerce - Store Management - Quote Search

The Quote Search feature displays the quotes requested by your customers. The feature gives you the ability to search for a particular quote using the different search filters integrated into the system.

Quotes can be displayed depending on the following information provided:

  • Quote ID
  • Job ID
  • User Account ID
  • Sales Person
  • Quote No.

The Quotes feature also allows you to view quotes that have been marked as “deleted” by checking the Delete Only check box.

Drop-down Search Filters

Aside from the fields mentioned above, the Quotes section consists of four drop-down search filters which you can also use to narrow down the list of quotes being displayed. Listed below are the different search filters and their corresponding parameters:

Status - All, Submitted, Open, Pending, Processing, Cancelled, Rejected, Completed, Submit Error

Type - All, B2B, B2C

Period - All, Last 30 Days, Last 60 Days, Last 90 Days, Last 180 Days, Last 360 Days

Web Quote - All, Yes, No

Quote Profile

The Quote Profile gives you access to the quote requested by your customers. It contains your customer’s personal data, the salesperson assisting him or her, and the list of items the client requested a quote for. It also indicates the date when the request for the quote was made.

The Quote Profile also gives you the capability to save a quote in PDF or Excel format for printing. All you have to do is to click the Print to PDF or Print to Excel button to generate a copy.
