ECommerce - Product Search - Web Marketplace Integration - Error Messages
IBOS’ web marketplace integration generates a number of error and warning messages whenever a problem in uploading a product to a particular web marketplace store has occurred.
These error and warning messages can be seen in the Last Sync Status Field located in the product’s External Data tab.
In the Product Profile page, click the Pencil icon found at the top right corner to start adding the necessary information. Start by typing a description about the product in the Description field. The field has a maximum limit of 255 characters.
To give you an idea on what these messages are and what they mean, here’s a list of the common error messages that you may encounter when uploading a product to Amazon:
Failed RCode:Error RMSGCODE:8560 SUBMID:7739538570 RDesc:SKU TAZHR0642, Missing Attributes standard_product_id. SKU TAZHR0642 does not match any ASIN. Creation of a new ASIN requires the following missing attributes: standard_product_id. Feed ID: 0. For details, see http://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/errorcode/200692370
This error message is generated when the product being uploaded to Amazon is using the wrong UPC code. It is also generated when the product is missing a UPC code. This error prevents the item from being uploaded successfully.
RCode:Warning RMSGCODE:99042 SUBMID:7739538570 RDesc:A value was not provided for “item_type”. Please provide a value for “item_type”. Please use the Product Classifier or download the category-specific Browse Tree Guide from Seller Help to see a list of valid “item_type” values. This information tells Amazon where your product should be classified and affects how easily customers can find your product
This warning message is generated when the product being uploaded to Amazon has the wrong or is missing a UPC code.
RCode:Warning RMSGCODE:99005 SUBMID:7740782586 RDesc:A value is missing from one or more required fields in this group.: [Message/Product/DescriptionData/ItemDimensions/Height = null], [Message/Product/DescriptionData/ItemDimensions/Length = "49.000"], [Message/Product/DescriptionData/ItemDimensions/Width = "3.500"], [Message/Product/DescriptionData/ItemDimensions/Length/@unitOfMeasure = "feet"].
This warning message is generated when the product being uploaded to Amazon is missing one or more unit of measurement (UOM). If possible, make sure that all UOM fields are filled up.
RCode:Warning RMSGCODE:99041 SUBMID:7739538570 RDesc:A value was not provided for “bullet_point”. Please provide a value for “bullet_point”. This information appears on the product detail page and helps customers evaluate products.
This warning message is displayed by the system when the product has a bullet point which does not contain any value. It is also generated when a product exceeds the number of bullet points used.

This error message is shown when the product being uploaded is missing or using the wrong Category Code ID.
