E-Mail Blast

The E-mail blast feature makes it easy for you to send out email newsletters to the different users under your subscription groups. To access this feature, open your site’s Web Admin and click on the Website tab. Click the E-Mail Blast link to bring up the E-Mail Blast window on the right of your screen.

The E-Mail blast window displays the e-mails you’ve prepared for sending and those you’ve already sent out. It has two search filters - search by ID or Name.

Adding a New E-mail Blast

To add a new e-mail blast, click the Add (+) button found on the upper right corner to bring up the E-Mail Blast Edit window.

Start by typing the name of your e-mail blast in the Name field and the Subject Heading in the General Tab.

In the Mailing List field, click the Add [..] button to choose the Subscription Group that will receive the e-mail you’ll be sending.

After selecting your Subscription Group, go to the Content tab and check the Is News Content? Checkbox. Click the Add [..] button to select the News feed you want to send to your mailing list.

After selecting the news you want to send out, click the Send Email button to launch your e-mail blast.
