Ecommerce Email Templates - B2BOrder Submit to Clerk

The B2BOrder Submit to Clerk e-mail template is sent to the web administrator, the designated salesperson, and store clerk. The email is sent once an order from a registered account user has been received.

The e-mail template contains the following variables about the account holder and the item that was purchased: Order Number, Customer, Date Placed, Description, Pickup Location, Address, City, State Code, Zip Code, Comments, Phone Number, E-mail, Item Description, and the Total Amount.

Be sure not to alter the template’s Defined Variables. These are the text found in the brackets ([[=sample text/variable]]). These system-defined variables will change based on the customer’s information. For an in-depth look at what these variables are, you can check our post here.
