E-Commerce Email Templates - B2COrder Submit to Clerk

The B2COrder Submit to Clerk e-mail template is sent to the web administrator and clerk after a B2C customer submits an online order.

The e-mail template contains the following information about the B2C customer and the item/s that were purchased: Order Number, Date Placed, Account Name, Shipping Recipient (Ship To), Description, Pickup Location (if order is for pick up) Address, City, State Code, Zip Code, E-mail, Phone Number, Comments, Item Description, and the Total Amount.

Be sure not to alter the template’s Defined Variables. These are the text found in the brackets ([[=sample text/variable]]). These system-defined variables will change based on the customer’s information. For an in-depth look at what these variables are, you can check our post here.
