E-Commerce Email Templates - B2C Quote Submit To Clerk

The B2C Quote Submit To Clerk email template is sent to the web administrator to notify them of an online quote that was placed by a B2C Customer.

The email template contains the following details about the quote:

  • Quote Number - The quote number generated by the system.
  • UserName - The customer’s username.
  • Job - The job the quote was assigned to (selected by the customer).
  • Description - A description provided by the user for the quote.
  • Date Placed - The date the quote was requested.

It also has a section that displays the list of items found in your quote along with the following product details:

  • SKU
  • Item Description
  • Unit Price
  • Quantity
  • Sub-Total

The total balance of all the products in your quote can be found after this section.

Be sure not to alter the template’s Defined Variables. These are the text found in the brackets ([[=sample text/variable]]). These system-defined variables will change based on the customer’s information. For an in-depth look at what these variables are, you can check our post here.
