E-Commerce Email Templates - B2C Quote Submit To User

The B2C Quote Submit To User email template is sent to B2C customers to confirm that the quote they’ve submitted has been received.

The B2C Quote Submit To User email template displays the following details about the quote:

• Quote Number - The quote number generated by the system.
• Date Placed - The date the quote was requested.
• Description - A description provided by the user for the quote.
• Email - The customer’s e-mail address.
• Comments - Additional comments provided by the customer.

The email template also has a section that displays the list of items added to the quote along with the following product details:

• SKU
• Item Description
• Unit Price
• Quantity
• Sub-Total

The total balance of all the products in your quote can be found after this section.
