E-Commerce Email Templates - Edit Job Submit to Salesperson

The Edit Job Submit to Salesperson e-mail template is sent to the salesperson assigned to a registered user. This is done to notify the sales personnel of the changes made to that user’s Job information.

The e-mail template contains the Defined Variables for the following information: User’s First and Last Name, Job Number, Job Name, Status, Shipping Instructions, and the changes that the user requested for.

Be sure not to alter the template’s Defined Variables. These are the text found in the brackets ([[=sample text/variable]]). These system-defined variables will change based on the customer’s information. For an in-depth look at what these variables are, you can check our post here.
