App Core Email Templates - NewPasswordRequested

The NewPasswordRequested e-mail template is sent to the user once a request for a new password has been made.

The e-mail template contains a message informing the user to disregard the e-mail if a request for a new password was not authorized and if it was, to click on the link provided so that the password could be changed.

The email template also displays the account holder’s Username data along with a link that will trigger the reset of the old password to a new one.

Be sure not to alter the template’s Defined Variables. These are the text found in the brackets ([[=sample text/variable]]). These system-defined variables will change based on the customer’s information. For an in-depth look at what these variables are, you can check our post here.
