E-Commerce Email Templates - Order Submit to Clerk Exported

The Order Submit to Clerk Exported email template is sent to your web administrator once an order has been received and is ready for importing.

The email template displays a number of order information used to process the customer’s order request including:

  • Order ID
  • Email - The customer’s e-mail address.
  • Order Number - The order number generated by the system.
  • Customer Account - Displays the customer number and name associated with the user account.
  • Order Description - A description provided by the user for the order made.
  • Date Placed - The date the quote was requested.
  • Comments - Additional comments provided by the customer.
  • SalesPersons - The sales person assigned to the registered user.

The Order Submit to Clerk Exported email template also has a section that displays the list of items ordered by the customer along with the following product details:

  • Order ID
  • SKU
  • Item Description
  • Unit Price
  • Quantity
  • Sub-Total

The total balance of all the products ordered can be found after this section.

Be sure not to alter the template’s Defined Variables. These are the text found in the brackets ([[=sample text/variable]]). These system-defined variables will change based on the customer’s information. For an in-depth look at what these variables are, you can check our post here.
