E-Commerce Email Templates - Product Knowledge Requests

The Product Knowledge Requests email template is sent to your web administrator upon receipt of a product knowledge tutorial request from your customer. This type of request is made through your website’s Product Knowledge Requests’ form.

The email template contains the following information taken from the Product Knowledge Requests online form:

  • Order ID
  • StoreName
  • Person Requesting
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number
  • Product / Subject

Be sure not to alter the template’s Defined Variables. These are the text found in the brackets ([[=sample text/variable]]). These system-defined variables will change based on the customer’s information. For an in-depth look at what these variables are, you can check our post here.
