E-Commerce Email Templates - Product Sample Requests

The Product Sample Requests email template is sent to your web administrator when a customer requests for a product sample and tutorial through your website’s Product Sample Requests form.

The email template contains the following information taken from the Product Sample Requests online form:

• Order ID
• StoreName
• Person Requesting
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Product / Subject

To avoid any problems when sending out your e-mail templates, be sure not to alter the text found in the brackets ([[=sample text/variable]]) or the String Formats.
