E-Commerce Email Templates - Signers Request Form

The Signers Request Form email template was created for the Signers Request feature. Once a new signer has been added to the directory, this email template is automatically sent to your website administrators to notify them of the new signers entry.

The email template is also sent out to your web administrators when the data of an existing signer has been edited.

The Signers Request Form email template displays the information of the signer added to the directory. The data shown in the template includes:

  • First Name
  • Last Name
  • Phone
  • Email
  • Notes - Contains any additional data about the signer.

Be sure not to alter the template’s Defined Variables. These are the text found in the brackets ([[=sample text/variable]]). These system-defined variables will change based on the customer’s information. For an in-depth look at what these variables are, you can check our post here.
