E-Commerce Email Templates - Tool Repair Requests

The Tool Repair Requests email template is used in conjunction with the IBOS Tool Repair feature. The feature requires a customer to fill out a form and provide specific details about the tool they want repaired.

Data from the form will then be submitted to the web administrator using the email template.

The email template displays the following information:

• Fixed by (Company Name) Before - Email will display either a YES or NO.
• Estimate Required - Email will display either a YES or NO.
• Any Extras Sent - Displays any added part sent with the tool.
• Dollar Limit of Repair - Rate set by the sender.
• Detail / Description of the Problem
• Reply to - Displays the email address of the sender.

Be sure not to alter the template’s Defined Variables. These are the text found in the brackets ([[=sample text/variable]]). These system-defined variables will change based on the customer’s information. For an in-depth look at what these variables are, you can check our post here.
