The new IBOS account registration now gives customers the option to register for a B2B (Commercial Account) or B2C (Open Web Account) account. Along with having two registration options, IBOS can also generate an email notification that will be sent to both the customer and the web administrator alerting them of the registration request. The system will also send a notification if the registration was approved or declined.
Before setting up a B2B account, you need have a valid customer number ready. The customer number is given by your salesperson. Once you receive one, follow the steps below to set up your account:
Should your registration be approved, another e-mail notification will be sent to you and the web administrator confirming the approval of your registration. If not, an email indicating that the registration request was declined will be sent to you and the web administrator.
B2C registration on the other hand does not require you to have a customer number to register.
To register for a B2C online account, you just to follow these steps:
Once your registration is complete, you can start requesting for quotes or place orders. An e-mail notification will also be sent to you and the site’s web administrator confirming the approval of your registration.
