My Account - User Profile - Change Email Address

The Change Email Address gives your customers the chance to revise the initial email address they used when they first created their account. This feature is located under the User Profile header of your website’s My Account section.

Changing Your Email Address

To change your email address, click the Change Email Address link found in the My Account navigation section under User Profile. This will bring you to the Change Email page.

The form in the Change Email page will display your current email address for your reference. To change it, type your new email address in the New Email Address field. You will be asked to confirm this in the Confirm New Email Address field.

Once you’ve confirmed the new email address, click the Change Email button to process the request.

A confirmation message will be displayed on the next page to notify you that the change has been successful.

If you want to revert back to your old email address, just repeat the entire process to change back to your old email address.
