My Account - User Profile - Change Password

The Change Password feature gives your users the option to revise the password they’re currently using. The feature is located in the My Account section under the User Profile header.

Just like the initial password they created, the new one needs to have a minimum length of six characters and can be a combination of letters, numbers and symbols.

Changing Your Password

To change your password, go to your My Account and select the Change Password link. This will direct you to the Change Password page where you’ll be asked to enter your current password and then your new password twice.

After providing the necessary information, click the Change Password button.

A confirmation message will be displayed on the screen to inform you your old password has been changed.

To change your password again or if you want to revert to your old password, just repeat the process above.
