My Account - E-mail Notification Sent To Salesperson After B2B Account Registration

IBOS now permits the sending of an e-mail notification to a customer’s salesperson after registering for a B2B account.

The email notification was created to inform the designated salesperson of the registration made by one of their users. Alerting the customer’s salesperson also makes it easier for the company to evaluate and process the registration request of the B2B customer.

The sending of the email notification is done once the registration request has been submitted by the customer.
