My Account - Business Account - Estimates

The Estimates feature under My Account provides your customers with a list of items that were given special pricing.

The page displays a table that lists all available Estimates under a specific Customer account. Information shown on the table includes:

  • Estimate Number (#)
  • Date
  • Job Number
  • Job Name Status
  • Total Amount

The listing can be arranged by date for easier organizing and tracking.

Selecting a Customer

The Estimates page allows your users to switch to different customer accounts. This is made possible using the Select Customer drop-down menu. The drop-down menu lets your users access each customer account under their name. Once a different customer has been selected, the Estimates data of that customer will be displayed on the Estimates table.

Search Feature

The Estimates page provides a search feature with different parameters that make it easier for your users to find current and archived estimates. Searching can be done using any of the following parameters:

  • Estimate Number (#)
  • Status
  • Job Number
  • Job Name
  • Date Range
  • Specific Date
  • Date From and To

Should your users decide to start with a new search, they can just click the Clear button to remove any data placed on the search parameters.

Estimates Details Page

The Estimates Details page gives you a breakdown of the different items your customer requested an estimate for. Information such as the products’ SKU, Description, Individual Price, Quantity and Total Price are displayed here.

Aside from the product table, the Estimates Details page lets you know the Starting and Expiration dates of the Estimate requested by the customer.

Details of the Estimates can also be converted into PDF or Excel format for easier saving and printing.
