My Account - Filtering Feature For Activation Of B2B Accounts

A new filtering feature has now been added to IBOS’ My Account section, providing web administrators with added convenience in accepting or rejecting a B2B customer’s registration request. With the new feature in place, web administrators can organize the list of users to make it easier for them to find the account they need to review.

Accessing the Filtering Feature

To access the filtering feature, simply follow the steps below:

1. Log in as Web Administrator.
2. Go to My Account and click the Activate Users link found in the left-side navigation.

3. In the Activate Accounts table, you’ll be able to view the list of accounts waiting to be activated. The filtering feature is applied to each column of the table (First Name, Last Name, User Name, Email and Info).

Just click the space after the header name to filter the content. An arrow will appear to let you know that the filtering was successful.
