The Jobs section gives you a list of the different Jobs under a registered user’s account. The list provides pertinent information about the user’s existing Jobs including details such as the Job Number, Name, Status, and Total Balance.
The details of the Jobs can be accessed by clicking on the Job Name.
The Job Details page provides an in-depth look about the Job selected from the list. It displays the following details about the Job:
The Job Details section also displays the Invoices, Orders and Quotes made using the selected Job profile. The details can be accessed by clicking the Reference Number (Ref #) of the accounting data that needs to be viewed.
The Job Details page also provides registered users with the option to edit their Job details. This can be done through the Edit Job page. To open the page, click the Edit button.
In the Edit Job section, registered users can add or change the following fields:
Once you’ve made the changes you need, click the Save button to save your work.
