My Account - Business Account - Orders

The Orders section displays a list of orders made by a registered user. The list is shown in a table along with the following information: Order Number (#), Date, Job Number (#), Job Name, Status and Total Amount.

The Order section also provides a number of search filters that make looking for archived orders quick and easy. Searching can be done using the following parameters:

  • Order Number
  • Status
  • Job Number
  • Job Name
  • Date Range
  • Specific Date
  • Date From and Date To

Order Details Page

The Order Details page provides users with a more detailed breakdown of a specific order. Unlike the main Orders section which shows a general overview of all order listing, the Order Details page displays information specific to the order that was accessed. Information on display includes the Order Number, Order Date, Order Date, the person who placed the order, the Order Status, the job it’s assigned to, Shipping Address and a Comments field detailing additional order instructions.

Aside from these data, the Order Details page also comes with a table that displays the products that were ordered. The table highlights the following product information: Product SKU, Description, Price, Quantity and its Total amount.

In addition, the Order Details page gives users the option to convert the Order Details page to PDF or Excel format for easier downloading and printing.

The Order Details page also comes with the new Reorder feature which allows users to re-order the same list of products. Once selected, the Reorder button will add all items found in the Order Details page to the Shopping Cart.
