My Account - Business Account - Quotes

The Quotes section gives registered users access to the quotes they’ve submitted. It displays a table which contains the following information about each quote such as the Quote Number (#), Date, Job Number, Job Name, Status and the total Amount.

The section also provides search filters to help make searching for archived quotes quick and hassle free. Quotes can be searched using the following filters:

• Quote Number
• Status
• Job Number
• Job Name
• Date Range
• Specific Date
• Dates From and To

Just select the search filter you want to use and press the Search button.

Quote Details

While the main Quotes section provides a general overview of each quote you requested, the Quote Details page provides a more in-depth look about each quote listed. The page can be accessed by clicking on the quote number of the quote you want to view. The details that can be seen include:

• Quote Number
• Quote Name
• Quote Date
• Quote Expiry Date
• Status
• Comments

The Quote Details page also displays the products that are part of the selected quote along with the following product information: SKU number, Item/Description, Price, Quantity and their Total Price.

In addition, the section also provides the option to export the quote as a PDF or Excel file for downloading and printing. It even comes with an import feature that allows users to import all the items listed in a specific quote to their shopping cart.
