The main Statements section provides your customers with access to their monthly statements over a given period. Displayed in a two-column table, information displayed on this page includes the Statement Period and Balance Due.
The order of the list can be re-arranged by clicking the headers. An arrow will appear beside the header name to signify that the arrangement has been successfully changed.
The Statement section allows you to access in-depth details of a specific statement. These details can be viewed by clicking on a statement date found under the Statement Period column.
Information about your billing for that period includes your Balance Forward, Payments, Current Charges, Credit Balance, Discounts, Service/Finance Charges, Pending Balance from zero to 91 days and Balance Due.
This section also provides a list of the invoices included that particular statement period. Organized in a table, the invoices display the following details:
The details of the statement can also be downloaded and saved for printing later on. Users can choose to save it as a PDF file or as an Excel Spreadsheet by clicking on the Print to PDF or Print to Excel buttons.
