My Account - User Profile

The User Profile section provides users access to their profile. It displays their general information along with the ability to change their account’s password and email address.

General Information

The General Information section displays the basic account info of a user such as the account holder’s username, email address and full name. The section also lets you know that you are accessing and using the correct account.

Changing Your Password

The User Profile gives you the ability to change your Password. To set a new password, enter your Current password and then type in your new password twice for confirmation. Once done, click the Change Password button.

The system will display a message confirming that your password has been changed.

Changing Your Email Address

Aside from your password, the User Profile section lets you change your email address.

Click the link Change Email Address link on the left to open the page. Type your new email address in the New Email Address and Confirm New Email Address fields. Click the Change Email button to process the request.

A system-generated message will be displayed to notify you that the email address has been changed.
