Reporting Feature

The new Reporting Feature gives you detailed reports and statistics about the different online activities that occur in your website. This includes the tracking of your users’ activity, a summary of the customers that visited your store locations, the list of products and categories frequently viewed by your users and a rundown of the orders and quotes submitted to your website.

By providing you with these data, you’ll get a good idea of how your website performs in terms of generating traffic and revenue. The new feature can also help you implement changes to your website to improve its current performance.

REPORTING MENU

Found on the left side of the screen, the Reporting’s menu section gives you access to the different pages available for this feature. The navigation consists of the following links:

  • All Products
  • Transmit Location Users
  • Location Summary
  • Logged Users Summary

TRANSMIT LOCATION USERS (User List)

The Transmit Location Users or User List section displays your website’s list of users per Business Location. The details displayed on the list include the client’s Username, First Name, Last Name and Email Address.

Each user found in the list can be expanded by clicking the Plus Symbol [+] button on the left side of the Username. This will bring up the following information:

  1. The customer attached to the user account
  2. Its designated job information (Name and Number)
  3. The user’s current account access roles. This determines what sections from your My Account page that the user can access.

If you have more than one store location, the User List section gives you the option to view each location’s list of users through the drop-down location menu found on the top-left section of the page. You also have the option to email your current list of users to a designated recipient in your company.

The Transmit Location Users section even has a set of export options which let you convert your current list to CSV format for easier downloading and filing. All information in the Reporting screen is for display purposes only and cannot be edited.

LOCATION ACTIVITY - LOCATION SUMMARY

The Location Summary section displays the activity that occurs in each of your business locations. Aside from the tallying the number of visitors who dropped by your website, it also displays a list of users who visited your different store locations.

The information shown on the list includes your store locations (Location Name), the total number of visiting users for a specific location during a set period (Visiting Users Count) and your store location’s Current User Count.

Clicking on a location provides a sub-window that lists the users who visited your website plus the following user account details:

  • Customer (attached to user account) Number
  • Customer (attached to user account) Name
  • Username
  • Email Address
  • Log Count of each user

The Location Summary section also gives you the ability to view your data in a Chart format, go through archived data using its Date Range search feature and export data in CSV format with its Export Location Visits to CSV button.

USER ACTIVITY - LOGGED USERS SUMMARY (User Login Activity Summary)

The Logged Users Summary gives you access to the different activities conducted by users during their visit to your website. The information you can see upon opening this section includes:

  • Username
  • Orders Sent
  • Quotes Sent
  • Login Count
  • Session Duration
  • Average Session Duration
  • Last Login

This section also lets you access the customer data of each user account by clicking the Plus symbol (+) on the left of the username. Information provided include the name and email address of the customer linked to the user account, the business location it was registered in, its designated job name and number, order count and quote count.

The Logged Users Summary also provides other functionalities to help you gather the information you need. It comes with a Search field that allows you to look for specific user along with a Login Date Range search feature that lets you access archived user information. You’re also given two options when it comes to exporting your user’s activities to CSV format - the first is the regular export method and the other method allows you to include the user’s details.

USER ACTIVITY - TRACKED PAGE REQUEST SUMMARY (User Login Page View Summary)

The Tracked Page Request Summary displays data based on the number of times a specific user viewed your web pages. The report displays data for the following pages:

  • Product Detail
  • Category List
  • Search Item
  • Dashboard
  • Orders
  • Quotes
  • Invoice
  • Jobs
  • Statement

All page views are added up and displayed in the Total Page Request column.

Each user data can be expanded using the Plus (+) symbol on the left of their username to display other information such as the user’s full name, linked customer account, email address, business location, Job name and Job number.

The Tracked Page Request Summary also provides the tools to help you search through your reporting data. Searching can be done by Date Range and by User Name. Data from this section can even be exported for downloading and printing. You can choose from the following export options: Export Users to CSV and Export Users with details to CSV.

USER ACTIVITY - FEATURES VIEW SUMMARY (Features Visit Outline)

The Features View Summary displays the number of times a user has visited your website’s Promotions and Advertisements. The report keeps track of the following information:

  • Username
  • Promotions Visits
  • Advertisements Visits
  • Total Visits

All page visits are added up and displayed in the Total Visits column.

Additional user account information can also be accessed by clicking the Plus symbol (+) found on the left of the username. Once selected, a table under the selected user account will appear and show the following user data: full name, linked customer account, email address, business location, Job name and Job number.

The Features View Summary also provides search parameters to make it easier to find a user account. Searching can be done by Date Range or by Username. The data from this section can even be converted to CSV format using the following options: Export to CSV and Export with details to CSV. This will make it easier to download and print the report.

DEVICE ACCESS ACTIVITY - ACCESS COUNT SUMMARY (Device Access Count Summary)

The Access Count Summary section provides a report that details the percentage of users that used a mobile device or a desktop computer to view your website.

It displays a pie chart based on the data gathered to provide a visual image of how your website is performing. Hovering over a section of the pie chart will display the average Session Count (in percentage) as well as the actual total number of visits made using a particular device.

The Access Count Summary section comes with the option of displaying information based on Business Locations. Just select the store you want to access from the Business Location drop-down menu and it will show the data for that particular location.

The section also lets you search through your records using the Date Range feature. Simply set the date range you want and it will bring up the data for the set period.

DEVICE ACCESS ACTIVITY - ACCESS COUNT SUMMARY (Device Access Duration Summary)

The Access Duration Summary report displays data based on the length of time a user spent on a device when browsing your website. The report tracks the sessions coming from desktop computers, mobile devices and other web-enabled gadgets.

For easier tracking, the data is presented using a pie chart graphic. The chart’s sections can be hovered on to show the average duration in percentage as well as the total number of hours that was spent using a particular device.

The Access Duration Summary comes with the feature of displaying data per Business Locations. Just select the store you want to access from the Business Location drop-down menu and it will show the data for the chosen location.

The section also lets you search through your records using the Date Range feature. Simply set the date range you want and it will bring up the data for the set period.

PROMOTIONS ACTIVITY - PROMOTIONS VISIT SUMMARY (Promotions Visit Online)

The Promotions Visit Summary shows the total number of visits made to your website’s promotions. The table in this section displays the following data: Business Location (where the Promotion is located), Name (name of promotion campaign), Visit Count, Start Date and End Date. Each promotion is listed in the report along with the total number of visits it generated for the set period.

The Promotions Visit Summary provides the option to filter the data by Business Location. Just select a the location you want to access using the Business Location drop-down menu to bring up its data on-screen.

The section also lets you search through your records by letting you set a specific Date Range. Information within the set period will automatically be displayed once you click the Submit button.

Lastly, the data from the Promotions Visit Summary section can be converted to CSV format using the following buttons: Export Visited Promotions to CSV and Export Visited Promotions with Products to CSV. Once converted, the report can be saved and printed for future use.

ADVERTISEMENTS ACTIVITY - ADVERTISEMENTS VISIT SUMMARY (Advertisements Visit Online)

The Advertisements Visit Summary tracks the total visits made by your customers to your website’s advertisements. Each advertisement is listed in the report along with its equivalent View Count for a specific period.

The report also provides an option to display data based on a selected Business Location. Simply select the location you want to access from the Business Location drop-down menu to bring up its data on-screen.

The Advertisements Visit Summary section also lets you search through your records by setting a specific Date Range. Information within the set period will automatically be displayed once you click the Submit button.

Lastly, the data from this section can be exported as a CSV file using the Export Visited Advertisements to CSV button. Once converted, the report can be saved and printed for future use.

KEYWORD SEARCH ACTIVITY - USER KEYWORD SEARCH SUMMARY (User Keyword Search Outline)

The User Keyword Search Summary provides a report of the different product search attempts made by your customers. The report displays the total number searches made by a user along with a column showing the tally for successful and unsuccessful search attempts. It also displays the Total Accumulated Search made by the user and the date of the last search attempt.

Each user account contains added data which can be accessed by clicking the Plus symbol (+) located beside their Username. Once selected, a sub-window will open under the user account displaying the following user information: Full Name, Email, Business Location, Searched Keywords with Results and Searched Keyword without Result.

The User Keyword Search Summary also gives you the option to display data based on a selected Business Location. The location you want to access can be selected from the Business Location drop-down menu. Once a location has been chosen, its data will be displayed on the screen.

The section also lets you search through your records using a specific Date Range. Once a period has been set, data generated during the dates you set will be displayed once you click the Submit button.

Lastly, data from this section can be exported as a CSV file. You have the Export to CSV option which enables you to download the report’s generic data and the Export to CSV with Details button which lets you download the report along with its other miscellaneous details.

KEYWORD SEARCH ACTIVITY - DAILY KEYWORD SEARCH SUMMARY (Daily Keyword Search Outline)

The Daily Keyword Search Summary page provides the total number of keyword searches for a specific date. This includes searches with result and searches that did not yield any results. It also provides a total tally of all searches (both successful and unsuccessful) per date.

Clicking the Plus symbol (+) located at the left side of the date will bring out a sub-window that gives you access to the different search terms used in each of your Business Locations.

It also provides the option to display data per specific Business Location. Selecting a location from the Business Location drop-down menu will show that location’s data on the screen.

The Daily Keyword Search Summary also gives you the option to search through your records using a specific Date Range. Once a period has been set, data generated during the dates you set will be displayed once you click the Submit button.

Data from this section can be exported as a CSV file. You can download the general data using the Export to CSV option or you can get a more in-depth report by selecting the Export to CSV with Details option.

STORE ACTIVITY - PRODUCT VIEWS (Viewed Products)

The Product Views section displays the products accessed by your users. The page displays a table containing the following data:

  • Product Code
  • Product Name
  • Visit Count
  • Click Count

Clicking on the Plus symbol (+) button found on the left of each product code will open a sub-window that shows the list of users that viewed the product online. It contains added data specific to the user including Username, First Name, Last Name, Email, Business Location, Customer Number, Visit Count and Click Count.

The Product Views page also gives you the option to search for specific items per Business Location using the Business Location drop-down menu. It also has a Date Range feature to help you search for archived data entries for a certain duration. Information in the Product Views page can even be viewed in a Chart format.

The section also provides two export options - Export Visited Products to CSV which provides the default / standard data on the screen and the Export Visited Products with User Visit to CSV for more in-depth information.

STORE ACTIVITY - CATEGORY VIEWS (Viewed Categories)

Almost similar to the Product Views section, the Category Views section on the other hand tallies the categories visited by your users. The Viewed Categories table shows the following data:

  • Category Name
  • Visit Count
  • Click Count

Selecting the Plus (+) button found on the left of a category name opens a sub-window that displays the list of users who accessed that specific category. Other information specific to the user include the Username, First Name, Last Name, Email, Business Location, Customer Number, Visit Count and Click Count of the users.

The Category Views section also comes with two search functions to make it easy for you to gather data. The first is a Business Location drop-down menu where you can select a specific store location to view its data and a Date Range feature which lets you search for archived data entries based on the period you set.

Information in the Category Views section can even be viewed in a Chart format and can also be exported to a CSV format for easy filing and storing in your computer.

The section also provides two exports buttons - Export Visited Categories to CSV which provides the default data on the screen and the Export Visited Categories with User Visit to CSV which lets you download the data found on the main page and the sub-windows.

SHOPPING CART ACTIVITY - ORDERS SUMMARY (Created Orders)

The Orders Summary displays the different orders submitted by each of your store locations. It displays the number of orders created and the total amount of all orders per location.

Clicking the Plus (+) button on the left of a location name will give you access to the users who submitted orders along with their personal information such as their Order Date, Username, linked Customer Account number, Job Number and the Total Amount of Orders Per User.

Aside from providing a table for the numbers generated by your store locations, the page provides a summary of the Total Orders Amount and the Total Orders Created just above the table. The Orders Summary also provides the option to convert the data into a chart format to make it easier to view the results.

Searching for archived records in this section is made possible through the Date Range search feature. Just set a specific period and the system will extract the data you need and display them on the screen. Lastly, downloading of all order information can be done using the Export to CSV button found on the top-right section of the table.

SHOPPING CART ACTIVITY - QUOTES SUMMARY (Created Quotes)

The Quotes Summary provides you with access to the quotes made by your different store locations. It displays the number of quotes created per location and the total amount of each one.

Clicking the Plus [+] button on the left of a location will give you access to the users that requested a quote from their store location. Data for each quote include the Quote Date, Customer Account Number, Username and the total price of the quote requested.

Aside from providing a table for the numbers generated by your store locations, the page provides a summary of the Total Quotes Created and the Total Priced Quotes Amount. The information can be seen on the top left section, just above the table. The Quotes Summary also provides the option to convert the data in a chart format to make it easier to see the results. Just click the Chart button to retrieve the converted information.

The Quotes Summary also comes with a Date Range search feature that lets you go through your archived quote records based on the period that was set. You can even download and view the data on the screen through the Export to CSV option.
