Subscriptions - Subscription Groups

The Subscriptions menu provides you with the tools to let you access your list of e-mail subscribers and organize them into groups. This makes it easy for you to send them promotional e-mails and newsletters. One of the tools under this menu is the Subscription Groups feature.

Subscription Groups

The Subscription Groups feature lets you create groups to help you organize your e-mail subscribers. This is helpful especially if you only want a specific group to receive a particular promotion or news update.

This section provides a table which displays the following information about your groups:

• ID
• Name
• Last Mailing Date - Displays the date when an email was last sent to the group.

It also comes with a basic search feature that lets you find a group by ID or Name. This comes in handy once you’ve expanded your listing.

Creating a Subscription Group

To create a new Subscription Group, click the Add button (+) located at the upper right corner.

This will open the Subscription Group Add page. Enter the name of the group in the Name field. You won’t need to provide a Subscription Group ID since this will be generated by the system once you save your entry.

Click the Save button (disk icon) on the upper right side corner to save your changes.
