Website Menus - Common Location of Website Menu Items

IBOS gives you the capabilities to set up a variety of menu sections which can be displayed on your website to improve its overall functionality. To give you a better idea on what each menu section offers, here’s a brief description of each one.

Masthead

Your Masthead menu usually refers to the menus located directly under or beside your logo. The Masthead section serves as the location of your main menu links.

Masthead Tabs

These tabs refer to the menus on the upper right section of your site. It usually includes your site’s Log In and Log Out menus, Help , Contact Us and its My Account menu. Menus in this section can be added or removed depending on your preference.

MastheadSubMenu

The MastheadSubMenu can be found just below your Masthead menu. You can link the pages of your website through this menu as well.

Footer

The Footer menu is written in small print and can be found at the bottom of your site. More often than not, the menus found in this section are text-based menus.

MyAccount

The MyAccount menu appears on the left side of the screen when you access your site’s My Account feature. It lets you access your User Profile, your Business Account, IBOS Account, and the Web Admin features.
