ECommerce - Accounts - Customer Profile - Referrals

The Referrals tab lets you to attach the referral types you created for a customer that you designated as one of your contractors. These referral types normally represent the specialty that your customers (those listed as part of your Contractor Listing) are proficient in.

Referral Types that were selected from the list are displayed in the Contractor Referral page under the Work Performed Header.

Assigning Referral Types

To assign Referral Types, press the Edit button and a window containing the Referral Types you made will pop up.

Check the referral types you want to add. More than one type can be chosen per customer. Once you’ve made your selection, click the Save button to save your changes.
