ECommerce - Contractor Referrals - Create Referral Regions

The Referral Regions feature lets you input the regions or areas where your Customer accounts are located. The regions you enter will automatically appear in your website’s Contractor Referrals section.

How to Create a Referral Region

To create a Referral Region, open your website’s Web Admin and select the ECommerce tab on the left side of your screen. Click the arrow beside the Contractor Referrals link to access its sub-menus. Select Referral Regions.

The Referral Regions window will appear on the right. Every region you create will appear listed in this section. It will display the following information about your Referral Regions:

  • Account Number
  • Account Name
  • Sorting Sequence

The Referral Regions table also has a search function that allows you to search through your listing. Searching can be done using the region’s ID number or Name.

Adding a Referral Region

To add a new region, click the Add Region (+) button located at the top right corner of the page.

In the Referral Region Add page, type the name of the region or location you want to included in your Contractor Referral Section. If you want your Locations to be sorted in a specific sequence, put in the number of the new region in the Sorting Sequence field.

After typing in the information of your new referral region, click the Disk icon to save your work.

To delete a Referral Region, go back to the main page and select the region you want to remove from your list. Click the Delete (x) button found at the top right section of the screen to delete the selected region..
