My Account - Business Account

The Business Account section gives your B2B customers access to their different account information, billing details and transactions. This makes it easier for them to manage their accounts and payables. The information your customers can see may vary depending on their given account access setting.

Business Account - Dashboard

The Dashboard section gives your B2B users an overview of their account information, statement balances, and other billing details. Aside from the current statement, the Business Account dashboard displays the following account data:

  • Job Number
  • Job Name
  • Complete Job Address
  • Contact Details
  • Business Location

Switching Default Accounts

The Business Account Dashboard also displays a View button that allows your registered users to switch to a different customer account under their name. Once selected, users will be brought to the View Other Accounts screen which will display a table listing down their customer accounts.

To switch to a different account, your users just have to click on the customer they want to view. Should they decide to set the selected account as their default customer account, upon returning to the Dashboard screen your users can click the Set as Default Account button to process the account switching.

Business Account Information

The Business Account Dashboard also provides access to your registered users’ account information and financial details. The information on display will vary depending on the access granted to a user. However, on a general or default set-up, registered users are able to access the following:

  • Jobs
  • Quotes
  • Orders
  • Invoices
  • Statements

Jobs

The Jobs section displays the list of Jobs under a registered user. It displays the Jobs’ name, status, and balance. Clicking on the Job Number will gives you access to the job details.

Quotes

The Quotes section displays the list of quotes that have been requested by the registered user, including details such as the Quote Number, the date of the quote, Job Number, Job Name, the status of the quote and the total amount.

The Quotes section also provides a variety of filters which makes it convenient for your users to look for a particular quote. Clicking on the quote number will give them access to the details of the quote.

Orders

The Orders section displays the list of orders made by your users. The table shows the following details about each order on the list: Order Number, Date, Job Number, Job Name, Order Status and the total Amount.

The section also provides search filters to make searching for a particular order hassle-free. Clicking on the order number gives your users access to the details of their order, including a list of the products that was purchased.

Invoices

The Invoices section provides a table displaying all the user’s invoices. Details of the invoices - including a list of the products purchased - can be viewed by clicking on the Invoice Number. Other details displayed on the Invoice table include Invoice Date, Order Number, Job Number, Job Name and total Amount.

The section also comes with search filters to make it easier for your users to look for a particular invoice.

Statements

The Statements section displays the monthly statements of your registered users. The section shows the Statement Period and Balance Due.

Clicking on the Statement Period will gives you access to the statement’s details.

Other Account Features

Aside from providing access to pertinent account information, the Business Account section also provides registered users access to the following features - Vendor Price Catalogs and Quickbooks connectivity.

Vendor Price Catalogs

The Vendor Price Catalogs provide brand-specific price sheets specifically tailored for registered users. Instead of going through the entire product catalog, users now have another - and more efficient - way of looking for their preferred brands.

Upon selecting a brand, a spreadsheet listing down all the available items will be launched in a new tab or window. The items in the list can be clicked on to direct users to the item’s product details pages.

Quickbooks

The Quickbooks section provides your registered users with the tools to sync their IBOS account information with their Quickbooks software. This enables them to view and manage their account information without logging directly to your website.
